Our office welcomes all dental PPO insurance plans, including MetLife Dental PPO. Our team can help review your available benefits and provide an estimate of your anticipated coverage before treatment begins.

Oral Sleep Appliance Benefits

Eligible patients may use qualifying Medicare DME benefits, Kaiser Permanente referrals or participating medical PPO coverage toward custom oral appliances for sleep apnea. Medicare Part B may classify approved mandibular advancement devices as Durable Medical Equipment when coverage requirements are met.

Specialized Patient Programs

We offer custom SomnoMed oral sleep appliances and can provide authorized dental screenings for eligible veterans through approved VA programs.

Dr. Patel

Dr. Patel’s journey to his life in the Bay Area was an exciting and adventurous one. He was born in Zambia, moved to London, then to Cleveland and finally his family settled in Modesto. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of the Pacific and then attended dental school at Temple University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Family Life

Dr. Patel met his wife, Hina who is a New Jersey native, while he was attending dental school in Philadelphia. They have two boys, Krishan and Rihaan and a daughter, Amira who all keep mommy and daddy on their toes :)
